Position Title: Professional Services Consultant/Video Banking Consultant,
Date: 8/25/2011

Overview
The Professional Services Consultant (PSC) is a unique role that mixes both business and technical capabilities to help clients succeed in defining and deploying uGenius solutions. The PSC is responsible for articulating the technical solution of our products to current and some prospective end customers and working with them to understand and document their installation, training, integration, and product customizations needs. You will help them define their business needs and translate them into solution requirements. You will be the primary contact for the clients during their initial planning, installation, training, integration and customization projects. You will facilitate communication with the uGenius development team to ensure that requirements and timelines are understood between both internal teams and the clients. You will work closely with the uGenius Client Services Team and the client to ensure projects are successful. You will continue to grow individually, thus increasing your capability to provide additional value to the company. You will be highly engaged in solving complex problems using new and existing technologies all within a context of meeting new business needs.

Required Skills

• IT Systems experience; preferred if experience is acquired working in banking or credit union IT environment
• 5 years hand-on technical experience with PC's, servers, or networks
• 2+ experience with creating requirements documentation
• 3-5 years experience within the Banking/Credit Union financial services industry preferred
• Ability to listen and collaborate with clients regarding their fundamental business drivers and business requirements
• Business/Systems analyst experience or understanding
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to explain, teach and train others in technology so that a clear understanding is met
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate to people at different levels within an organization
• Manage multiple complex projects with 12-18 month life cycles
• Excellent written communication skills that can be applied to a technical environment
• Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and work independently
• Strong team atmosphere –individuals looking to take ownership and be part of the team
• Willingness to travel 25% with potential peak travel times up to 50% at times

• 2 + years prior consulting or technical training experience

Day-to-Day

• Coordinate, manage, monitor, and support on-site and off-site engagements ensuring all proper resources are available and all parties understand the scope. Prepare for and resolve risks and issues proactively. Such engagements include, but are not limited to installa tions, training and system projects.
• Understand requirements gathering and review sessions and able to relate technical discussions to proper business context
• Perform analysis of business and operational processes in order to document current/future workflows and procedures
• Define, develop and produce business requirements documentation and functional specification, use cases, high-level plans for deliver ing technical solutions to clients
• Publish project communications, project schedules, action items log, and communicating clients expectation
• Collaborate with business users, technical experts, and end users to ensure business/clients satisfaction with services and products.
• Help with other aspects of a small business outside of given job description to create a successful and sustainable business

Overview
First and foremost, a Senior Developer is part of a Scrum Team. As a Scrum Team member you will be required to participate in whatever activities are required to successfully meet the Sprint deliverables. This will range from architecting a solution to writing documentation to supporting the deliverable. At times you will use your specialized abilities and other times you will work in areas that you are capable however not specialized in. You will grow individually, thus increasing your capability to provide additional value to the company. You will be highly engaged in solving complex problems using new and existing technologies. As needed you will participate in the role of Architect on our Architecture Committee.

Required Skills

• 8+ years development experience (coding and architecting)
• 5+ years current .NET client/server development experience
• C# .NET

• Strong SQL Development Background (SQL Server and MySQL)
• Enterprise class software development (Stability, Logging, Communication, Redundancy, etc.)

Overview
The Build Manager is primarily responsible to deliver software builds for development, testing and production environments. This person is also responsible for source control management and automating the build process.  The candidate will champion best practices surrounding project structure, source control and the build process in general.

This person will also develop tools and fill other developmental gaps which the organization has, including automated testing, build and deployment tools, etc.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years .NET development experience

Overview
Willingness to work in a small manufacturing environment to build large equipment for the banking industry.  Performs work station and assembly operations to produce banking computer components or to assemble those components into automated equipment.  Work with customers to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions.  On occasion may travel to support installation of equipment at customer site. 

Required Skills

• Performs assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.
• Install and configure software and operating systems for internal and production use.
• Assemble electronic products and test/debug to verify electronics and software.
• Package and prepare finished equipment for shipping.
• Travel to client job sites (occasionally on weekends) across North America and Europe.
• Assist with installation of hardware and software products (no more than 20% travel required).
