User's Representations

You represent and warrant to uGenius that (a) you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have authority to enter into and perform the obligations under this Agreement; (b) any information you may provide to uGenius is truthful, accurate and complete; and (c) you shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Any Web sites linked by this Site are not under the control of uGenius and uGenius is not responsible for the content of any linked sites or any link contained in a linked site. uGenius reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. uGenius does not endorse companies or products to which it links and reserves the right to note as such on its Web pages. Applicable Laws
